As your coach- I'll cover every aspect of what you need to make optimal progression, and provide you with the tools to progress long in to the future - everything you need to transform yourself - leaner, more muscular, stronger, fitter and more mobile.+ Bespoke training plans - adjusted to suit your aims, what you can do, and what's available to you
+ Responsive 24/7 support - here to answer questions & queries on anything & everything via email, social media or text (time zone/sleep pattern dependent)
+ Nutrition - Macros, suggested sources, but ultimately open to suit taste and budget. All adjusted to suit requirements as we see what you respond to best.
+ Cardio - What's best for you
+ Check ins on a weekly basis (online only)
+ Adjustments if required, on an ongoing basis

Monthly payment (1 hour sessions):
1 session a week - £175.00
2 sessions a week - £295.00
3 sessions a week - £390.00Rates for online coaching with ongoing support:

About Me
I've been training for over 20 years- I've competed in Strongman (U90kg, U105kg and Open weight) Powerlifting (805kg best total) and Bodybuilding. After becoming ill with a severe flare up of ulcerative colitis, I had my bowel removed- another challenge for me to overcome!From my experiences, I've developed my own training system- based on basic compound movements, combined with select accessories, and specific overload techniques. It's been honed over many years, keeping what works, and removing any thing that doesn't give bang for buck.Moving up, and down bodyweight categories, along with bodybuilding prep has built up a detailed knowledge of nutrition- what works, why and how it works, and more importantly- what doesn't.My wealth of knowledge is coupled with an awareness that everyone is different, and what works for someone, may not work for another- that's why my approach is always to find out what works for YOU, to give you optimal progress.
